Code 12Fuel control reference signal (4X) was not received by PCM for 4 seconds while cam sensor pulses were received.
Code 13Oxygen sensor voltage stays between 0.3 and 0.6 volts for 64 seconds. Engine was at normal operating temperature at a speed of over 800 RPM.
Code 14Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature of over 297° F.
Code 15Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature colder than -20° F.
Code 16Ignition voltage was either less than 10 volts or greater than 16 volts for 5 seconds.
Code 17Oxygen sensor voltage stays between 0.3 and 0.6 volts for 64 seconds. Engine was at normal operating temperature and over 800 RPM.
Code 19Fuel pump feedback voltage stayed above 7 volts for 6 seconds after ignition was turned on.
Code 20Fuel pump feedback voltage was 2 volts or less for 1.3 seconds.

Code 27Throttle switch was open when vehicle was coasting down with brake applied. Throttle angle was 12 degrees or less but RPM was greater than desired.
Code 28Transaxle range switch input did not match actual gear selection.
Code 29Transaxle gear ratio does not match the gear ratio commanded by the PCM for 5 seconds.
Code 30TPS was 1.2% or more while ISC was retracting for 29 seconds, or TPS was 9.2% or less while ISC was extending for 29 seconds.
