"Absolutely fantastic! I'm loving every bit about it! The biggest overall changes are the shifts. They're more "firm", kinda reminds me of the old school "RV shift kits" you could get for the turbo 350/400 transmissions. Nothing tire chirping, neck jarring. Just nice and crisp but still Cadillac smooth. Full throttle seat of the pants does have a nice noticeable increase. A mile high elevation and 150k of hard miles definitely takes a bit out of her so this tune seems to bring a bit of that back! With my converter lockup switch engaged it seems to have a bit more low end grunt as well. I can leave the switch locked up almost constantly when just cruising around town.
Only have about 40 miles on it so far but I really like how it runs. Will be curious of any mileage change as mine has really only averaged about 18-20 lately, but I let it warm up in these Colorado winter mornings. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be able to strap her to our dyno at work and get some real world numbers. I'll be sure to post them up!
What I really would like to see is how well this car would run with the tune, a higher stall converter, VIN 9 gear ratio and lower elevation. I could almost bet it would be night and day difference!
