Unlike many tuning companies, we don't charge a core. We start with a blank PCM and program it to your vehicle, load our tune on it, and send it right out to you. It is easy to install and you can do that with basic tools in your driveway in about 20 minutes!
When we ship PCMs out, they get shipped through standard couriers - DHL Express, US Postal Service, or FedEx.

Warranty on Performance PCMs:
Every PCM we sell has a 6 month replacement warranty (minus shipping and handling). If you exhibit any issues within the 6 months that are confirmed to be caused by the PCM, we will flash your tune on another known-good PCM and send it to you for the cost of shipping and handling only. Note: You MUST pay a core charge and you will get that back once you send the defective PCM back to us.
